She has a white star and snip, a white fetlock
off the offside hind. Very loveable character, good to
ride and hacks out alone or in company. She lives in or
out and is a typical new forest pony.
History
We
got Tara in very poor condition back in 1998.
She
had been roaming the forest and was
wild. She come round to the attention very quickly
and has never looked back. We broke her in and now
we teach
on her at the weekend and have done so for 18-months
- she has taken youngsters from the very onset
up to cantering - so has proved to be a patient and
rewarding
pony.
Our
Plans for this Horse
She
would excel in pony club activities and will take a
child far - would be the ideal second pony.
